I want you to know how pleased I was when I first viewed our property without leaves on the trees. I stood on the crest of the knoll and saw the Toe River below, while Pumpkin Patch Mountain rose strikingly on my right side. As I peered through the trees, I could see mountains on all sides. Of the many parcels of land I looked at in both Tennessee and North Carolina, this is truly the most beautiful that I saw. I guess I am just lucky to have stopped at Carolina Mountain Realty, Inc. and met you.

Well, we made it thru our first night there. It's a million dollar view!!!!!! Had an uneventful trip home. Finally, (we) got through to the seller and he explained how to get the water pressure on.
